REFUND POLICY & CANCELLATION

Festival Quick Post application may not allow refunds. We have informed you of immense details before you choose to subscribe button. If you have a query or question, then you can contact me by e-mail i.e.

• When the payment is successful, the services you have paid for will be completed or started within the time given by us.
• After the payment, if for any reason you are not satisfy with our service and if we both are agreeing for refund then we will refund 50% of total amount of service/package.
• The Amount from Us will be refunded in your Bank Account / UPI details given by you within 5 to 7 working days
• If you want GST Bill, then you have to send your company’s GST details within 24 hours to us, otherwise you will not get GST bill further more.
• E-Greeting IMAGE/VIDEO service which we are giving to you is completely Software Base Design Generate. So you will get the designs accordingly by software.
• If in any situation, there is any Technical Issues found in our system, then we will inform you about New System as soon as possible. At that time you have to cooperate with us by accepting the decisions.

However, if a transaction has been completed by you on the application and money has been debited from your card or net banking but a subscription is not delivered to you, then you can contact us. We will be requesting you to provide your mobile number or e-mail id or your name and We shall investigate and come back to you. Within a working day, we will subscribe to you manually.
